Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Flat rate standard shipping $10 for orders under $80. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.

  • Flat rate express shipping $15.50
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $80 within Australia.
  • Orders will be sent with either Australia Post

International Shipping

At the moment we are only shipping domestically in Australia. We hope to offer international shipping in the very near future. If you are interested in Conjo Congee for international delivery or wholesale please contact us.

Delivery

If you are not home or available to accept the delivery during business hours, a good alternative to ensure you receive your parcel promptly is to ensure you have provided ‘Authority to leave’. If this is selected at checkout, your parcel will be left in a safe place if you are not available to accept the delivery. Please note that this option is not covered by insurance. If you uncheck this option, your parcel will require a signature for delivery, and if you are not available to accept the delivery, a collection notice will be left. Please contact us if you do not receive this notice.

We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address given by you at the time you make your order therefore please ensure you provide us with accurate delivery address details. We shall have no liability to you whatsoever, financial, administrative or otherwise, if you do not receive your order as a result of you providing incorrect delivery details.

Tracking number is provided once items are shipped.

  • Australian capital cities: 1-7 business days
  • Other areas: 7-14 business days
