Our Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase due to a defect or damage, please contact us at hello@conjocongee.com.
Returns
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are defective or damaged.
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- If approved, your exchange will be processed within normal processing times.
Shipping Returns & Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@conjocongee.com.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Any perishable goods not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Use of coupons, gift cards and discounts
If you forget to use an issued coupon, gift card or discount code for an order, please email hello@conjocongee.com and we will do our best to assist you. Kindly note, we will not be able to apply a discount code after a purchase has been made, or refund the amount of the coupon, gift card or discount back to your card.
