The nature of our business is the sale of Conjo Congee food products and related items via our online store ("Conjo Congee Store").

We retain title to Products until payment is received in full.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched as soon as reasonably practicable after confirmation.

Risk passes to you upon delivery. If you request delivery to be left unattended, this is at your own risk.

Incorrect delivery details or failed deliveries may incur additional re‑delivery costs.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock levels but do not guarantee availability.

8. Refunds and Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
